AL SHABAB CLUB ENHANCEMENT
The Tower in the SUMOU Park project is 36 floors office building with a penthouse on the upper floors. This project has been designed with principles of sustainability and integration with the context in mind. The building is designed to blend into its surroundings while also utilizing the most up-to-date technologies to reduce its environmental impact.
The project land was originally used as a club for the youth that contains different play grounds for different sports.
Recently there have been some changes in this land.
SUMOU Real Estate is now having a long lease contract for a portion of the land.
Since the land is located in an area where the possible land uses are residential, commercial and administrative, the potential is wide to create a project of mixed functions that can guarantee a good return of investment for the developer.
The commercial area contain access from the main road while formulating a bridge between the hotel and the office building with an internal access from both buildings to 4 the commercial spaces.
