The SUMOU Gate project in Al Madinah is a (Hospitality, Commercial, Residential) project characterized by its privileged location in the central area next to Almasjid Alnabawy, located on a lot area of 21,220 m2 .

The total built-up area is 90,000 m2, and the total leasable area is about 45,000 m2 .

The project aims to attract guests interested in visiting Madinah and Almasjid Alnabawy by providing a premium service and delivering memorable experience.
